Creative Meets Business EXPO Brunch

Strawberry lemonade creme filled donut holes, with a side of build-your-own bloody mary! This is what brunch dreams are made of.

In partnership with The Elephant Table, local pop-up planning chef-led dining experiences, we create a brunch spread for the Creative Meets Business EXPO, sponsored by CreateMeetBiz and AustinLearnshop at Atmowork’s space.

Menu highlights were our Mexican vanilla fig & blueberry jam, chive cheddar scones, blue corn crepe with handmade ricotta, black pepper bacon, arugula and grilled nectarine — and the showstopper: ginger parsnip waffle with crispy chicken confit, poached egg, red onion jam and sunflower sprouts!
